Timing wise, check with a Datascan or Conzult, the tps voltage at idle first (<.45) and what time your ecu is requesting, then match it up with a timing light at the crank. Also check the mark doesn't move around, it would be a good indication of bad splines on the CAS. All of these pre dyno steps and a lot more should be taken care of before you pull up to the Dyno and the tuner VERIFY them before the first pull. Just because a tuner knows of Hondas doesn't mean they can tell the difference between a good running Z and one with problems. That's why all the expenses to have SZ tune it is worth every penny, but preparations before the tune is what makes it satisfying and enjoyable.
